BOTANICAL RAW MATERIALS

FERMENTATION
In order to have the very best quality, the company does not buy mixtures of various plant parts or even their extracts, but the raw material in its original, non-processed form.
Our signature yeast strain is added to the mash and the fermentation process begins.



Distillation
The mash is then distilled in our original copper still.


We use an organic local filter containing schungite, a unique natural mineral, which allows our products to closely mimic the structure of natural water.
