we are on a mission
to change the way people think about spirits
In 2020, amidst the stunning Keserwan Mountains in Klayaat, Lebanon, a new distillery was born - ZAKAHROV. Founded by two passionate brothers, Joe and Toni Zaher, ZAKAHROV quickly made a name for itself with its unique and innovative creations.
The brothers were inspired by the rich history and tradition of distilling in Lebanon, and they set out to create spirits that paid homage to their heritage while pushing the boundaries of creativity. Their commitment to quality and craftsmanship was evident in every bottle of ZAKAHROV.
One of their most popular creations was a signature sambuca infused with locally sourced botanicals from the mountains of Keserwan. The botanicals gave the sambuca a unique flavor profile that captivated drinkers around the world. Another crowd favorite was a smooth and velvety herbal liquor aged in oak barrels, which had been carefully selected to impart a rich and complex flavor.
As word of ZAKAHROV spread, the distillery became a must-visit destination for spirit enthusiasts and tourists alike. Visitors were welcomed with open arms by the brothers, who were always eager to share their passion for distilling and their love for Lebanon.
The success of ZAKAHROV was a testament to the hard work and dedication of Joe and Toni Zaher. They had taken a leap of faith in starting their distillery, but their commitment to quality and their unwavering passion for their craft had paid off in spades.
Today, ZAKAHROV is not just a distillery - it is a beacon of innovation and creativity in the world of spirits. The brothers continue to push the boundaries of what is possible, creating new and exciting flavors that captivate the senses and elevate the drinking experience.
As they look out over the breathtaking Keserwan Mountains from their distillery, Joe and Toni Zaher are proud of what they have achieved with ZAKAHROV. They know that their journey is far from over, and they are excited to see where their creativity and passion will take them next.
